Return Policy

• Within 60 days after the billing date, any Intuit QuickBooks Financial software and Intuit QuickBooks Point of Sale Desktop software may be returned. QuickBooks Pro is one of them.
• QuickBooks Premier, QuickBooks Enterprise, QuickBooks For Mac, QuickBooks Accountant, QuickBooks POS software and hardware.
• QuickBooks Online, Intuit Payroll, and Intuit Field Service Management are not eligible for the 60 Day Guarantee, but your subscription can be cancelled within 30 days to prevent any charges.
• Computers, monitors, and supplies, among other products, may be returned in new, unopened condition within 30 days. Refunds are not available for customised supplies.
• Professional services, consulting, project work, and bookkeeping services are non refundable.
• Shipping and Insurance costs are non refundable.
